nuvototo Platform Account Terms

nuvototo's platform is accessible via web browser on desktop, iOS, and Android devices. Account holders access nuvototo through registration, identity verification, and deposit to participate in live-dealer games, sportsbook markets, and slot offerings. These terms outline the conditions under which we operate nuvototo and the responsibilities of account holders in our service area.

When you join nuvototo, you agree to comply with our account policies, deposit and withdrawal procedures, settlement rules, and dispute-resolution process. nuvototo operates under jurisdiction-restricted access; our service is available only where applicable law permits. We enforce these terms to maintain platform integrity, protect account holders, and ensure transparent settlement.

Account Registration and Verification

nuvototo requires all account holders to complete identity verification (KYC) before deposit access. Upon registration, you provide your email, create a password, and submit government-issued ID and proof of address. Our compliance team reviews documents within one business day and confirms verification status by email.

Accounts remain in "pending verification" status until documents are approved. Once verified, your account transitions to "active" and deposit methods unlock. We reserve the right to request additional verification documents if account activity appears unusual or if regulatory requirements change.

Deposits and Withdrawal Processing

nuvototo accepts deposits through DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and bank virtual accounts (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet). Deposits credit immediately (e-wallets) or within subject to verification (bank transfers) during business hours. nuvototo does not charge deposit fees; payment-provider fees remain your responsibility.

Withdrawals are initiated from your account dashboard and processed back to the original deposit method. We review all withdrawal requests for compliance and fraud-detection flags; most approvals occur within 24 hours. Settlement times depend on the withdrawal method—mobile banking and local payment settle within one hour, bank transfers by end of business day. Holiday periods (Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek, Nyepi) may extend settlement windows to the next business day.

Live-dealer games settle at the moment of play completion. Outcomes are determined by physical cards, balls, or wheels; results are confirmed by dealers and credited immediately. Slot games and esports markets follow their own settlement timelines published in-game or on the event page. nuvototo does not alter game mechanics, odds, or payout percentages.

Account Restrictions and Suspension

nuvototo reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or close accounts under these circumstances: failed or incomplete KYC verification; suspected breach of terms (multi-accounting, bonus abuse, irregular activity patterns); legal holds or regulatory compliance requests; account inactivity beyond 12 months; unusual transaction patterns flagged by our fraud-detection systems.

If your account is restricted, we notify you by email with the reason and next steps. Most restrictions are temporary and lifted after you provide additional verification or clarification. If your account is closed permanently, remaining balance is withdrawn to your registered payment method within 10 business days.

Our Jurisdiction Policy and Access Restrictions

nuvototo is available only in jurisdictions where our regulatory framework permits operation. We do not knowingly accept account registrations from, or provide access to participants in, jurisdictions where online wagering is restricted or prohibited by local law. Our geolocation system automatically blocks access from restricted regions; registration attempts from those regions are rejected at signup.

Account holders are responsible for verifying their own legal standing in their jurisdiction. If you believe nuvototo access is restricted in your location erroneously, contact our support team with your location details and account history for manual review by our compliance staff.

Dispute resolution process

If you dispute a settlement, market closure, or withdrawal status, contact support with your account number, market or game ID, and specific reason. Our operations team investigates within 48 hours and responds with findings or corrective action.

Data Protection and Privacy

nuvototo encrypts all account data at rest and in transit. Identity documents are stored securely and never shared with external parties without your consent or legal mandate. Transaction histories remain on your account indefinitely; you can export transaction data in CSV format from your dashboard for personal record-keeping.

We apply account-monitoring systems to detect fraud, unusual activity, and regulatory risks. Monitoring is automated; human review occurs only when automated systems flag activity as suspicious. If account activity triggers a review, withdrawal requests may be paused for investigation—typically resolved within 24 hours.

Amendments and Effective Date

nuvototo may amend these terms at any time. Material changes are communicated to account holders via email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of nuvototo after the effective date constitutes acceptance of amended terms. Current terms are effective from the date published on this page. If you no longer accept the terms, you may request account closure.
